Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Tasleem Al Quran Academy platform. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

١. Enrollment and Account Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

٢. Class Attendance & Missed Lessons

To maintain high educational standards, students and teachers are expected to be on time.

• Classes are scheduled according to the student's selected plan.
• If a student needs to reschedule a class, they must notify their teacher or support team at least 6 hours in advance. Missed classes with proper notification will be rescheduled.
• If a student fails to attend a class without prior notice (no-show), the class is considered consumed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• If a teacher misses a class, the student will receive a makeup class or credit.

٣. Subscription Billing & Fees

Our services are billed on a monthly subscription cycle. Payment is due at the start of each billing period.

• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly package at any time via the student portal or by emailing support.
• Fees are subject to change, but existing subscribed students will be grandfathered into their rates for at least 12 months.

٤. Code of Conduct

We expect all students, parents, and teachers to treat each other with utmost respect and Akhlaq (Islamic manners). The Academy reserves the right to terminate student access immediately in the case of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.

٥. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Tasleem Al Quran Academy website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Academy does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
