Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tasleem Al Quran Academy, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality education and ensuring student satisfaction. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy.
١. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our classes for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your first paid class.
- The guarantee only applies to new students subscribing to our academy for the first time.
- To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email us at support@tasleemalquran.com with your name, billing details, and a short explanation of your feedback.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe/PayPal) and usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
٢. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- Cancellations will prevent automatic renewal for the next month.
- You will continue to have access to your scheduled classes and portal features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused days in the middle of a billing cycle.
٣. Failed Payments & Suspension
If a subscription renewal payment fails, the system will retry processing the payment over a 7-day grace period. During this period, class schedules remain active. If the payment is not resolved after 7 days, your account will be temporarily suspended and classes paused until billing details are updated.
٤. Adjusting Monthly Plans
If you need to change your package (e.g. increase classes from 2 to 3 per week), you can do so in the portal. The price difference will be calculated pro-rata for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
